I’m sharing this today with vulnerability and hope.
Over the past four years, I’ve poured my heart into building Vanity Beauty Boutique from the ground up, without outside funding, investors, or a marketing budget. Every inch of growth came from word-of-mouth, long days, and a deep commitment to serving our clients with love and intention.
Two years in, we finally started to see the spa turning a profit and I saw the light at the end of the tunnel in our ability to serve the community. Then, during my pregnancy with my youngest, Myriah, I was extremely sick and bedridden. I wasn’t able to work, and that’s when the business took a hard hit. The revenue dropped, and I chose to make sure our estheticians were paid to continue serving our clients while I couldn’t be at the spa. Payroll was high, our debt grew, and now, even though I’ve been back full-time since September and working tirelessly to rebuild, I’ve hit a breaking point. We’ve seen ongoing, organic growth, it just hasn’t been quick enough to grow and dig ourselves out of the hole.
This week, I received a 7-day eviction notice. My landlord has been patient and I believe is still open to a resolution, but I need to take action fast.

Hannah Easley, owner of Vanity Beauty Boutique, is a longtime beauty guru with over nine years of expertise in Las Vegas’ bustling health and wellness scene. The impressive entrepreneur who originally founded her business as Vanity Beauty Boutique in 2012 at just the young age of 22, has since expanded her service offerings for an all-encompassing self-care experience for her clients.
Today, Easley’s new full-service holistic spa location located in Village Square (Summerlin) provides an array of luxurious aesthetic options, including micro-current body sculpting, teeth whitening, facials, zero gravity massages, organic spray tans, infrared sauna treatments, and more. Despite opening in January 2021 during a global pandemic, Vanity Beauty Boutique has opened to rave reviews, which is a true testament to Easley’s resiliency as an entrepreneur and speaks to the overall demand for a relaxing oasis for beauty and wellness during tumultuous times.
Celebrities from around the nation have flocked to Vanity for their renowned body sculpting treatments, which uses electric microcurrents to build and tone muscle, shrink fat and eliminate inches instantly including models, ring girls, Strip performers, adult entertainers, professional bodybuilders, and more. Vanity made a huge splash to more than 3.5 million viewers on TLC’s hit TV show, “90 Day Fiancé,” in September 2020, when starring cast member, Larissa Lima, came to Easley for body sculpting to complete her dramatic full-body makeover transformation.
In her free time, Easley enjoys going to church, reading, doing yoga, traveling and spending time with her three-year-old daughter. A powerful force in the industry, Easley donates service treatments to support local causes close to her heart annually. Dedicated to staying up to date on the latest health and wellness trends, Easley believes in continuous education and is always learning new holistic approaches to achieve outstanding results with her clients’ overall optimal health in mind.
Marlene is committed to providing her clients with custom skincare services including a variety of facials and dermaplaning, to help them achieve their skincare goals. A graduate of Milan Institute, prior to joining the team at Vanity, Marlene was a skin therapist at ULTA specializing in facials, body treatments, waxing and cosmetology as well as an esthetician at EternalWelth, where she mastered the art of the holistic facial.
Melanie fell in love with the world of holistic beauty while working as a manager at LUSH Cosmetics for several years. Her role there helped her understand sales, natural ingredients, and essential oils, which honed her passion of the field and encouraged her to enroll as a student at Aveda Institute, where she’ll graduate with her esthetics license this June. Melanie loves making her clients feel sexier and more confident, helping them to lose inches in every body sculpting session that she provides.
A self-proclaimed beauty junkie, our aesthetics specialist, Kayla, providing spray tan, body sculpting and teeth whitening services, lives by the motto, “if you can’t tone it, tan it!” A powerful force in the industry, Kayla has bronzed up hundreds of clients through the years including reality TV star, Farrah Abraham. Kayla credits her passion for making people feel gorgeous as the running force behind her career.
The friendly voice you hear on the other end of the phone while booking your appointment is none other than our beloved, Kai. In Kai’s role as guest service coordinator and teeth whitening specialist, his duties include ensuring guests have an exceptional brand experience, managing appointments record keeping and providing teeth whitening services using our plant-based formula. With an impressive 10+ years of customer service experience, when Kai’s not greeting our guests with a big smile, he enjoys reading, cooking and listening to music.
